What's a " julian number " Jules

A Julian number, or Julian day number (JDN), is a count of days since noon Universal Time (UT) on January 1, 4713 BC. The Julian day number is used in astronomy and other applications:

Although I am willing to bet that the Freelander looked different in 4713 BC. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

Hi All

On your key code card normally found in the front cover of the handbook, there are 2 numbers
1st is the key 9 digits
Below is whats called the Julian date 7 digits, yes it relates to year of manufacture
This saved me a loads of trouble.
