Sound as if you’ve suffered failure of the splines between the gearbox and PTU. |

Would that not stop drive to the rear wheels though? |

You’re correct. So has a front driveshaft or CV joint failed and because there is no load on one side the front diff is sending all the power there and nothing to the wheel that is still connected? You’re going to have to look at the front drive train. |

Agree with above. You've lost drive to a front wheel somewhere - so the broken connection is just spinning off the torque. The electronics think you've lost grip at the front front tyres so engages the haldex to drive the rear diff. This has been been posted on here once before - long time ago - the owner was able to "drift" his FL2 as it was RWD only. Jules |
