I'd agree that it's probably EGR cooler.

Mines on 119k 😔. Where does the water leak from? Through the casing? 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 GS - Orkney Grey |

I must also confess to having poured a very small amount of K Seal into the header tank, which stopped the leak in both cases.

I slipped this morning whilst walking past it and accidentally poured a bottle of Radweld in.

It's cheaper to fix the leak than replace the heater matrix when the rad weld solidifies in there, blocking it up. I've seen many vehicles heating systems ruined by this stuff, it's devil's fluid. These fluids should only be used in a vehicle that is on its last legs, just to keep it going for a bit longer. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4.
