Good afternoon to all
I have a problem with water in both footwell's. I am going to check the air on pipe over the weekend but i see from information on the forum the the aircon drain pipe is on the left side of the central console. And as a result would not expect to find water in the left side footwell.

Pretty sure the aircon pipe is on the right? Could also be leaking heater matrix? if so it would smell of antifreeze. 2013 FL2 XS.

Yeah, usually one side or the other depending on door seal/sunroof drain/aircon drain/grommet around steering rod through floor.

Is it also doing it in dry weather or only when it rains? Could be something simple like the plastic scuttle has separated from the windscreen and when it rains it's waterfalling down the firewall in the engine bay?

On My 2007 SE I had rain going in from the empty bolt holes which are used for the roof racks. There was just the plastic trim glues over the hole and so when that got old the rain went into the bolt hole down the A pillar and into the foot wells. I put a bolt in the hole with plenty of PTFE plumbers tape and all sorted.

You could try that, but it will obviously not be that if you have a roof rack or if it happens when it is dry.

Air conditioning drain, in the photo it's just to the left of the brake pedal. Pull up the door sill trim, a sharp quick tug & you are less likely to break the trim clips. Also remove transmission tunnel trim panel. Fold carpet back.
