Rear subframe change, help with parts

So my next big task is to replaced the rotten rear subframe, second hand ones are non existent and those that are available are rusty and over priced so going with a new one with the control arms.

I could do with help identifying the bushes I need for the arm circled in the picture I'm coming up blank when searching.

I'm also planning on doing the haldex service using the kit pictured and I guess now would be the time to replace the oil in the diff, again every search for diff oil just comes up with the haldex kit, I assume it's not the same oil?

That's great thanks. I don't think I'll have much issues removing the existing bush lol but guess I'll need the tool to get the new one in

You could try a garage but that will cost you or use a press

Just checking in case there is a difference but the one you linked gives me a part number of LR001184, which has got me in the right direction as I wasn't searching the correct term at all lol
I think I need LR00185 and ideally the bolt and nut to go with it does that seem correct for the part I've circled in red above

I got my subframe from
Staffs -used-car-parts on eBay for £120 solid part just a bit of surface rust that came off with a wire brush
Quick coating of Hammerite and it looks like new
He’s got a couple on at moment

FML that wasn't there when I spent the last week searching typically, I've ended up with the one above I've posted and going for all the control arms which in fairness nearly all the bushes on mine are shot
