Much agreed. You know, we don't need huge over international assemblies to control if or when we trade, travel or something else. The shape of a cue cumber? Lesser rules for pollution? And so on. The list is endless. In my own country, we have had a perfectly working trading organisation between Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands and Finland + Greenland looooong before the EC became so fat, that it wants to be a super power. And our trading always worked perfectly. Still do.
I rest assured that Britain can once more do trade with the rest of us.
Yes, it's a loss at first, but believe me, it's flip over for the better in time.
I will take some time to get rid of the left overs, and set up the new commerce et al administration, but I am sure you'll get there.

Stainless cat back and silencer delete. Only real advantage is ground clearance. But it does sound great though !

Does anyone know how noisy the Magnaflow stainless cat back system is on the i6?
Consumption?
Ground clearance?
Weight?

I wrote to the European importer/seller, but I don't think they understood my questions. Could be a language thing

Before investing a lot of money in such a system, I'd like to know some real life feedback.
Also, Magnaflow does state, that it's a sportssystem. Not the newer overlander system, which by the way also improves ground clearance. But not made for the Freelander 2 and i6 model.

I've not had to replace my system on my LR2 but I've used Magnaflow on a different vehilce before, it will be approx. 10% louder and have some resonance. It may provide a tad more power.

10% is not much. Was that a normal system from them, which is not at all loud, or was it a sportssystem, which is supposedly louder?

It was a sports system. So, I don't like loud but there will be more resonance and well as a little"backwash" when you are off the gas.

Now that system was designed for a difference vehicle...I don't understand why they would not respond to your inquiry but I would call them since if you are emailing you are communicating likely with someone with very little actual knowledge re the product in use.

My personally, if I needed an exhaust system, I would not hesitate to buy Magnaflow or Borla (they don't make them for the FL or LR2 AFAIK).
