how to unplug the abs pump module

as above on my 2007 ,cant for the life of me see how to unplug it?

Is there a lever mechanism?

I guess if you havent got anything bigger than a phone then its difficult to use.

Its far better than a Haynes and a great resource for DIY on the FL2.
