Rear Bumper PPF Or Ridge From Manufacturing Process?


Hello, i require some paint repairs on my rear bumper, at close inspection the edge of the bumper has a ridge which i thought was PPF but it won`t peel, can anyone confirm if it is PPF or a ridge from manufacturing? (2012 Model)
