You can fit an air compressor & tank (or 2 compressors) under the full size wheel. The jack just fits in the rear left corner with handle at the back, even with a 255/60r18 tyre.

If the roads where you live are as bad as they are where I live then buy it. They may be cheaper by the dozen.
