MAF - do all years use the same part number

Hello, I have a 2013 SD4 Auto.

I am going to replace the MAF to see if it improves economy at all. I was wondering whether all years use the same part, or do later ones use a defend one?

Thanks
Mark

Are you sure that your MPG is not normal.

The SD4 is not known for economy, this thread (and my own experience) indicates that 33 - 36 MPG is about right for a normally driven SD4.

If you replace the MAF, you're better off using a genuine or OE part, once installed you must have an air path calibration carried out, or the sensor parameters won't be setup for the engine.

The MAF likely won't effect fuel consumption anyway, as it's not used like that. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone.
Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver.
1972 Hillman Avenger GT, the project.
