Exhaust Trim

I spotted a Stornoway Grey freelander2 this week in the station car park at Preston the front end was def different and as it had a personalised no I had no idea of the year however what was really interesting was the exhaust it was chrome ended but fanned out from the back as if it was some supercharged engine
The decal on the back simply said TD 4 so I havre no idea what spec it was.
I assume it was a frl2 with bodykit but does anyone know if the bodykit has an exhaust trim that fans out at the end it certainly added a bit of wow to what already was a diff motor and I would love to get my hands on one Fuji White GS 12 privacy glass leather retrim

might have been a aftermarket tip that was altered to give a better apperance than the normal chrome tips

I have a Genuine Freelander 2 Finisher on mine, picture in my gallery, there was one on fleabay, new for £57 last week. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Sorry but at the time I was in a bit of a hurry with a couple of grandkids in tow I did not even have time to have a look at the interior Fuji White GS 12 privacy glass leather retrim

Did you get your trim from the dealer I am sure that yours is the same as the one I seen in Preston certainly better than a normal tip cover Fuji White GS 12 privacy glass leather retrim

Brian, yes from a dealer cost me I think about £88 and two minutes to fit, gutted when I saw one on a buy it now for £57. Your exhaust will still exit facing down it just looks like it will exit out the end of the tailpipe which is what will happen if you get a Joe Bloggs add on. But don't get the one for the 16i petrol model as it will not fit, it must be the one for the TD4.

U was quoted £102 by local dealer a bit expensive at the moment Fuji White GS 12 privacy glass leather retrim
