Anyone know what this code means’ B1081 left temperature damper motor ‘ car running perfectly ‘ Fl2 2013 sd4.. thanks

Just entering the code directly into a search engine of your choice would tell you that it is fault with one of the electric motors that move the air blend doors in the heating system. Nothing to do with the car, just the comfort of the passenger.

Thanks boss .I put code into Google but couldn’t find anything directly linked to fl2 all other makes… so nothing to worry about..

You may have realised by now.


Its one of the blend flaps (doors) on the heating system. Some code readers give live values for these flaps and some code readers will reset the flaps
