Hi, anybody had bother with not being able to connect to car?

Was OK last week. Tried again today and will not accept my password. Just sits.
Have sent Autel UK an email but hoping some one has an answer.
Not desperate.

Create new account with a new email address, had same issues. No problems since, good luck!

Hi i got the same issue, purchased this unit a few moons ago, all been great but went to use it this morning and nope would not let me in, have sent email to Autel also, will try and do the account issue later. --------------------------------------------------------
2010 SD4 HSE Auto and 1997 Toyota Landcruiser 4.7 Auto both our Daily Drives

Should have come back before. Left it for a week and tried again and all working properly.
Even managed to get rid of the service warning that kept coming up every time i switched on.
Only fault it keeps showing is for stop/start which i don,t have as mine is an auto. Jim A
