Turbo problem, 2 failed turbos

Hi, out of the blue my turbo seized up, with lots of play in the shaft.
I replaced the turbo and managed to drive around 20feet with the new turbo seizing up again.
I removed the inline filter completely so I can't see how oil starvation could he a possibility,
Any ideas, I've changed near 100 turbos as I've been a mechanic for the last 15 years. Never had this problem, is there a secret I don't know about with these cars? Rolling Eyes Thanks![/u]

If the strainer is clear, then maybe there's an oil pressure problem?
There's nothing different with this engine compared to any other turbo diesel of PSA origin. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Gone.
2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone.
Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver.
1972 Hillman Avenger GT, the project.

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Zermatt Silver

When I changed my turbo, I was told to use a special running in oil. This was just put in the the oil inlet before it was connected. Can't remember what it was called but will try and find it.

Edit. Just found it.

Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.
Freelander now gone.
