It's impossible to guess how much until the source of the leak is identified. It could be anything on the cooling system from a radiator cap, oil cooler, hose, radiator itself, head gasket etc. It needs a pressure test to locate the leak initially. Is it the photo in your gallery if so can you advise if your vehicle is Diesel or Petrol |

Cheers. They’ve told me that they hope it’s the gasket, if not it’s probs the cooler… which is £500 eve before labour 😱 |

Just so you know, there are 2 coolers; VIN after AH999999 have a different EGR cooler (LR057662) which is £450(inc VAT) from Island 4x4

Any general mechanic should be able to pressure test any vehicle cooling system. They are basically over pressurising the system to establish the leaking point.
