This is what you need.
I'm still convinced this digital music is just a fad and tapes will be the future.🤣
Still got loads of them but since I changed to this new fangled Freelander 2 from my Discovery 2 I've nothing to play them on.
Loads of Queen, Status Quo and Dire Straits tapes in the attic, my financial future is assured!

Boss Bob said - SWMBO still has her Sony Walkman cassette player, still works but very few cassettes to play on it.

-------Seems a match made in heaven????--------

PS When I had to clear my late Dads home, some years ago, I easily found homes for CDs and Vynyl Records but nobody wanted Cassette Tapes.

PPS If I wasn't bluetoothing my phone to FL2 for music, I would be using the USB Memory Stick method. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

Ahh yes they were the days...digging the tape out from the rollers then winding the tape back with a ballpoint.....recording from top of the pops from the radio, trying to fade out before they spoke...

Hello, I would like some sort of music thing that I can plug into my Aux socket..I want to have my cds on a machine thing like the old ipods , I have an old one with no music on it but cant seem to join it with itunes...Have just spent HOURS trying it......is there another thing (dont know what there called)that allows me to have all my cds loaded into it, I know not making much sense , oh and its got to be cheap..I'm getting fed up with loads of cds rattling about my car....thanks mike

Why not just burn all your CDs to MP3 files on CD, and put those in the car CD player? Assuming you're HU is able to play back MP3 files like mine can. I can put 10 to 15 CDs of music on a single disc, and all 6 CD slots filled with MP3 encoded discs, so I have about 130 CDs worth of music, without having to connect my phone to the car AUX socket. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. That's coming from the USB charger. It's not regulated properly by the sounds of it. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
