So my blower motor fell out, i went through the painstaking process of putting it back including buying the dumb tool to remove/replace it, Worked fine til someone cranked the AC on high and it fell out again. Put it back a second time noticed there are supposed to be 3 tabs on the case for the blower to seat on. 1 is completely gone and the other is broken. So i guess i am into changing the blower case but i have no idea where to begin with that and i cannot find any info online so far. any help would be appreciated.

I think you will be better off trying to do localised repairs to the housing in situ, rather than remove/replace it. As I suspect that to remove the heater box assy will entail removal of the dash & all the associated components.
