In the UK, and maybe in Europe, we have a manufacture called ELDDIS.

ELDDIS taken from the guy who started the company SIDDLE Cook

And elldis is now part of the hymer group, not sure how many Uk caravan manufacturers that there is now.

Bailey of Bristol and and Swift Group are about the only two wholly UK owned mainstream caravan producers now…. There are one or two more specialist/niche builders around though.

Elddis = Hymer AG (German)
Coachman = Kabe AB (Swedish)

The haulage company, of the same name, was started by the same family

Geoffrey Siddle started that in 1971, his younger brother Raymond started the caravan builders
