Does it have the Bluetooth module? If so, try using a bypass loop to see if that corrects the problem and if so, replace the BT module.

You can't just substitute another module on this system, as all modules (there are several) are linked by a coded data link (called a MOST loop), and a CAN bus, the audio going through the MOST, control and timing data being sent over the CAN. When a module that has a data bus is replaced, the master module (the unit with buttons) needs to be told what other modules are in the system, or it won't work correctly, if at all.

If the system fails to operate, then a diagnostic must be carried out on the system, and any error codes used to work out which part of the system is at fault. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
