The centre console is a real pest, I had it out to add acoustic insulation.
(TPMS is new on the dash console) The back end, facing the rear passengers, remove the cover, then you have access to screws at the back end. Then you can push up the centre section & get your hand underneath to push up to unclip the existing power bits, but there is not much cable length. Plan B: As suggested above buy a plug in USB adaptor. I use one as well. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device! I fitted 2 twin USB plugs onto the rear of the centre console giving me 4 outlets. Wired into the electrics feeding the lighter socket.

That's what I linked too, and use myself. I've got 2, one in each power outlet, all PD too. Definitely the way to go. I do have another USB outlet in my interior light, which is for the dash cam. I used a wiring kit from Powerful UK and soldered on a 12 Volt to USB buck regulator board. It's perfect for a dash cam and completely invisible from inside the vehicle, which is how I like thinking like that. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4.
