There are rumours that tescos are planning to buy one of the beleaguered pub companies! would you choose a tescos blue and white striped value pint of larger or stump up the extra for a tescos finest brew would you earn clubcard points for each pint?

I'm 39 (but don't look a day over 37) and was asked for ID only a month or two back at Tesco.

Like them or not Tesco do somethings very well, I am a value seeker (aka tight arse) and there are some things for which Tesco can be good value for money ... if thats what they offer then I'll buy from them; if I think I can get better value elsewhere then I'll go elsewhere.

You are 100% right, so if Tesco were to make a go of this that is the model they would have to follow ... Is that likely to happen ... probably not .... but that is their choice ... I'm sure CG could tell us much more about tesco's tactics from a farmer's point of view ... Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor ... but not any more ... ... psst look at my gallery! Company cars ... a thing of the past - May 2013. |
