My advise would be, take your time and buy the car in the right spec. the right colour exterior and interior.
If you tick all the boxes it might cost you a couple of grand over the top but after 6 or 7 years later you will have no regrets. The biggest problem you will face is, "Boredom" looking and driving the same car year on year. That's when you make the biggest mistake, sell it and regret that decision for the rest of your life.

No eBay feedback

Google search on map, no garage there.

Looks about 99.9 % scam

All the evidence you need it's a scam here:

Scam EBAY ad from the same "seller":

Been looking at MGBs on Ebay lots of scammers like this one.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/304839874137?ha...R8StwtTcYQ

Easy to spot by clicking on "see other items" keep reporting it but rarely gets taken down 2013 FL2 XS.

Defender 90 300 TDi CSW.
1964 MGB Roadster.
1944 Willys MB "Jeep" with bullet holes. (gone)

That Freelander was for sale in Hove - same dealer as the Audi I linked. Pictures were taken in Hove Cemetery.

I've reported all the ads to eBay but as expected they seem to be doing absolutely sod all about it. Current driveway contents:
2021 V60 Cross Country B5
2009 FL2 dog bus and shooting wagon

On Order: 2023 Fisker Ocean Ultra - deposit paid.

Easy to spot the scam when the dealer could get more from WBAC than what its advertised for

Thanks to Mayor Khan, likely having to sell our much loved 2013 HSE SD4. Shortlisted Discovery Sport and Skoda Kodiaq, just need to get out and have a look. Son has a top-end model Skoda on a PCP and been offered an upgrade so might all go along to dealers and have a chat to see if we can work something out. Personally think I’d prefer the DS but just not so sure on its reliability v the Skoda
