Trying to source some of the speed washers/ clips that hold the leather gear shift gaiter surround to the rear of the silver plastic trim that surrounds the gaiter.
Can get them off without cutting them or breaking the silver trim so if anyone knows how to remove them easily or where I can buy some replacements it would be greatly appreciated.

The only ones I can see that secure the bezel are part number LR006453 there shown as HC1 you could try these.

Finally called in a Land River dealership and the clips I was after aren’t listed but did manage to remove them in the end without breaking anything.
Do wonder why Land Rover fitted cheap fake leather on the gear shift and handbrake though.
