I have not yet tackled this, but understand that the screen is split. At the bottom of the screen on each side are two metallic strips, which plug into the loom.

Check there is power at the screen connectors. If there's no power check the relay and fuse.

No, only higher models had the heated front screen as standard, lesser models had to have them specified when the vehicle was ordered, as part of the winter pack. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

In my 'Owner's handbook' MY13 or later. Fuses F34 40amps left side & F35 40amps right side, in the engine compartment fuse box. A 30 second job to clarify, unlike the passenger fuse box where one needs to be a contortionist, Houdini & 3' 10 & a 1/4"! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
