What other models besides a 2.2 would have 300 mm front caliper carriers?

Looking to drop my 3.2 front rotors down to 300 mm thanks.

The current size is 315mm Edit 316 mm is correct

Dropping to 300mm will only reduce the size by 8mm radially (about 1/3 of an inch)

I assume that you are trying to run very small wheels

It does look like the smaller brakes will allow for 16" wheels to be used. Note: my LR2 spare is 17"

Note: I can't be certain is if we even got any of these with 16" wheels in the US and it is likely that selecting larger wheels also got larger brakes

I am intrigued why one would want to reduce the disc size. If it is to fit 16" rims for driving on sand, I don't actually see the point on a Freelander, it's the wrong vehicle.

Unless you are increasing ground clearance by every means, larger diameter tyres, raise suspension, sliders, maybe even air shocks with onboard air (I installed on my Peugeot 504, +50mm) & reduce rim size as an entire package it is all a bit piecemeal. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

I converted to larger discs and I still have my original carrier brackets knocking about. If you were in the U.K. you could have collected them f.o.c. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

I am interested in fitting the larger disks to my 2013 XS but I am not sure if they will fit under 17 inch alloy wheels. Can anyone please advise.

rally tires are only available in the 15 inch size.

i'd like to use 280 ish mm front rotors.
