Mine did exactly the same at 50mph under light throttle load..after much diagnosis it turns out it was the torque converter which was worn, these have a lockup clutch in them that locks up around 1500-1800 rpm which is 50mph in 5th, and can wear out at higher mileages. Mine had done 158k
New torque converter and a transmission recondition at my local transmission specialist and the problem is fixed.
Could be other things though, just letting you know my situation if it helps
p.s the transmission reset you did is actually a reset for the throttle body valve, although this procedure can help with smoothing out things so may give a misdiagnosis.
As far as I know gearbox adaptations can only be done via Land Rover diagnostics.
