You can make your own reset tool with a piece of coathanger wire like I did.

Unless you knew the exact quality of the fuel, I'd not bother. It'll cost more to rectify any potential issues created by bad fuel, than any potential savings on the fuel itself. Agree, not worth the risk with fuel, it could have algae growing in it for a start being diesel.

Filter it, and leave to stand in clear container - so that you can see if has any water in it.

If you have a misfuel fuel device in your filler you are going to need a special funnel. Look for emergency funnel diesel on the bay of thieves. |

does yours have the locking device for mis fueling; tried tried to put a funnel down and it locked |

Get a piece of coathanger wire bend it into a U shape about 10 inches long bend the ends into two prongs about 10 mm
