Hi all,

Just putting my Freelander back together after replacing the heater/blower motor.

While it was in bits decide to replace the passenger compartment temperature sensor as the old one was always a bit iffy.

Unfortunately there is only one of this type of clip fitted and the replacement hasn't come with any. Had a look on www.vehicleclips.co.uk but couldn't spot anything. Have dropped them a message but just wondering if anyone on here can point me in the right direction?

The sensor itself is no longer available to buy from land rover however it is also a Volvo part and there are a lot of second hand ones available all I can suggest is you find one of them complete with the clips.

The LR part number was LR062233

or google 6G9N19C734AB

The trim clip is a Mini/BMW part. Part number is 07131472727. Not exactly cheap as around £4:50 upwards for a single one. Ebay appears to be the cheapest place to get one!

Thanks for the pointer I Like Chips, but I've already purchased a genuine unused LR002948 (The correct sensor for my Freelander's MY) for £30, albeit without the clips, hence my enquiry here. Don't really want a second hand one as there's no guarantee the part will work.
