It can be reset by a dealer, or anyone with the JLS SDD software. If it happens again, then there's obviously some compenet which needs to be replaced.

If the battery voltage drops below 8 Volts (can happen when the battery dies while starting), then the vehicle electronics assume the vehicle has been involved in a crash, and it will display CRASH on the LCD. Make sure the battery is decent, and lock and unlock the vehicle, then cycle the ignition 2 times. This will allow the vehicle to be driven again, but to be correct, the crash status needs to be cleared using JLR SDD. I had the same issue with mine, but drove it for a few weeks until I could get it on SDD for code clearance. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4.
