There is an absoulte gold mine of great information on the Haldex on the haldexreapairs.co.uk website.

Don't whatever you do skimp on the filter or oil, only use a Borg Warner filter and only use Borg Warner, Febi Bilstein or Volvo fluid. Don't be tempted by other brands, not even Land Rover. I have no affliation with haldexrepairs other than after months of issues following a diff rebuild and haldex service by a "landrover specialist" swapping to a filter and fluid supplied by them and replacing the pinion oil seal all my issues went away and havent come back since.
