I am planning to upgrade my FR2 2010 prefacelift XS version.

my question is about the wiring.
i will remove the steering wheel and airbag. From there the technician will take the power, BUT our question is - is it save for the cables .. the module... i mean i dont want to damaged my car.

I still searching for badshape steering wheel , when i saw it - i'll do this job

p.s. i have this type of heater, but i was install the same quality pads for my front seats and they are awesome

Anyone wanting to do this mod here is what you will need:
LR039869 - Switchpack wiring harness
LR050910 - Right hand switchpack with heated wheel switch (different if you have piano black)
LR041045 - Heated steering wheel
LR039869 - Heated wheel wiring harness with temp regulator (should be in the wheel, but if not it is required)

This can only be done on MY13+ cars and does not require any software mods.

If you take the power from a spare fuse slot in the vehicle, or piggy back into another fuse, then I can't see a few Watts of steering wheel heater causing any damage. You could even take the power from the back of the front power socket, which will have more than enough capacity to supply the steering wheel heater pad.  Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
