At last some decent sunshine so a great opportunity to take some photos with my new DSLR. Sadly I must have caught the 'mode' knob during shooting and they come out really dark but with a bit of colour enhancement courtesy of photosuite they have come out really well - infact the colour is much more deeper than the photos i took on normal exposure!

Had them fitted as an optional extra when ordering the car - well worth it as they really set it off. You can buy them as an accessory and believe it or not they are only fitted with double sided 3M tape!! (but will never come off as reported by a LR Technician when I scratched one and asked about a replacement - buy a touch up pen or a new wing mittor were my options!) |

to be honest i wasnt impressed with the colour range when ordering in jan08. Didnt want to wash it every day so black and white were both out, didnt want to be common so grey was out the frame. Tonga green is for farmers and after that there wasnt much left. I saw a Rimini red for sale and fell in love with it immediately! There is only one other colour i like but at the time it wasnt available and that is the latest blue colour (cannot remember the name), very similar to estoril blue that BMW do (my last car) saw one with the bodykit and it looked stunning.

If you want to say Bull then say it - no need to cover up with a ps Whatever point of view I have CG will oppose it I wonder what would be said if I mentioned that i thought Black was the best FL2 colour 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |
