I have the same basic audio ste up in my GS and sometimes it seems to "lose" the bluetooth and wont pair with my phone. Go into the phone menu and check that yours is there and paired. Ive had to switch my bluetooth off on my phone and then on again allowing the car and the phone to "find" each other again. This has happebned several times for no apparent reason! Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Have you changed your phone recently?

I changed from an iPhone SE to a newer 13Pro.. apparently they have updated the bluetooth protocols to a newer version which
the older Bluetooth systems don't work with?

I am now unable to use the handsfree system. Censored

I updated my old iPhone 6 to the 11 but found it wasn’t compatible. To retain the hands-free ability I resorted to buying a 7plus which along with the SE I believe are the latest compatible iPhones available to me in my 63 plate. Google Land Rover Bluetooth connectivity and it’ll list what’s available

I currently have an iPhone XR - a couple of years later than SE1 and 7 - which happily connects to my Nov 2013 Lux. Beyond that though, no idea.

I updated to the latest iPhone SE a few months ago, I found that rather than pairing the phone to the car I had to do it the other way round.

Perhaps a reset is needed.

Pull the connector shown in the pic, wait a few minutes, replace.

The issue is that the car does not see the phone and thus can not pair, but the phone will see the car so you can pair it this way.

It is all to do with the changes in Bluetooth protocols which the car has not kept up with.
