If you have the diagnostic gear to do a TB calibration then do it. If not, I think you’ll find most people who have changed them have not had any issues by not calibrating them. (Now Sold). 2008 Freelander 2 (Nazca Sand) SE TD4 Auto. Statutory write off & on WOVR for hail damage but still road legal.

Never had any problems when I replaced the TB on mine. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

I'm glad I read this thread. Now I know TB coding is not 'mandatory' but likely a good procedure anyway. |
