Diagnostics OFF

Hi all - just fired up my N510Elite scanner and tried to scan the following module - AUDIO FRONT CONTROL module.
Promptly as you can see from the images below - i get the error 'DIAGNOSTICS OFF'

Car is a late 2014 eD4s .. so basic setup and my goal is to see if there are any error codes on the Audio system as my Bluetooth is out of action and not showing up on the Menu system. As i understand it, these newer models have completely different electornics to the older modules - in fact the BT module is now part of the IAM.

Any help / insight is appreciated Smile

Does your scanner work with other systems? Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.
Freelander now gone.

Yes - worked fine on my previous X3 - and other all other module statistics are collected and read correctly. No issues there.

That is the audio system display. It has nothing to do with the diagnostic tool.
Read it as: Audio system is off because of a diagnostic tool that's connected.

Ah - thx Alex - its not immediately obv. I otherwise fail to find the IAM module test I'm looking for Sad
WIll have a look again just in case I missed it.

Apparently the part i need is this - DH5218C815AC - notice the bluetooth symbol on this Censored ...
