I think they are valid complaints, what's stupid is the people who don't use their own brains instead of relying on technology. Common sense isn't very common.

If you’re dumb enough to reverse a car off of a cliff edge you deserve all that’s coming . 90 % of Defenders won’t see anything more arduous than raising a tyre to park on the pavement by the school double yellows .

On a slightly different topic , I saw a preproduction Grenadier at the Northern shooting show today . Any thoughts that it would be ‘ affordable ‘ can be forgotten . Yes , around £49 grand buys a utility 3 litre petrol , that’s a commercial to me and you I think . The people at the show told me that they’d have demonstrators on the road soon in a new garage in Skipton . It’s quite an impressive package , I’ll go have a look but delivery is 12 months from order and you’ve to buy a slot in the queue .( Having said that I’ve had a HiLux on order since Sept 21 to replace the Freelander , and the delivery has gone back to November 22 ! )

To put into perspective
Ford Transit recommended retail price is £42,522 to £59,586 for the 2 litre diesel - electric are far more expensive.

Granted that includes VAT, but the best part of £60k for a van.
