any bodey fitted a pssenger door lock any easy way to do ?

The is no quick way.
It requires a full strip down of the door internals in the following order ; door card, speaker, window regulator, outer door handle, door latch, repair or replace door latch.
Special JLR tools are not required.

There are threads on here with much more detail as above is a basic summary.

There are two motors (they are not identical) inside the latch. They can be replaced for about £8, which is what I did. Or source a complete latch. Jules
