I woluld take the cover off and check the fuel pipe connections and maybe bleed it again? 2013 FL2 XS.

How did you bleed it ? Could you have got muck into the fuel system ? Jules |

I prefer to keep the bulb pump on the tank side of the filter just to stop any crap in the pump getting through to the engine side of the filter.

So to close this one I re Blead the system and cleaned the electrical connection. Short test drive was fine. Next day 90mile round trip OK so think it was suckong air in thanks for all the replies your advice was much appreciated |
