You can plug tyres yourself. Apart from doing this in the outback, I have plugged 3 tyres for peoples' cars in our street alone. Mainly to have a bit of fun to send a message of how easy it is. It's worth the look on people's faces. Plug tyre, what pressure do you want, run compressors for about 25 seconds. Easy. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

The Discovery 2 bottle jack was a decent bit of kit and compact too. I'd look out for one of those and an extending wheel brace. Plenty of space in the Freelander wheel well for them. 👍
Extending wheel brace check! Just thinking I'm going to spend some time on eBay!

Or a 2' breaker bar and 21mm socket, potentially more useful.

....and a 22mm socket as well, because you can guarantee that the wheel you have to change will have at least one nut that has swollen. Thumbs Up Current driveway contents:

Get a new set of nuts before they explode. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Something I learned in my Disco3 / 4 days was to change the nuts every 2 years. Thumbs Up

When I bought this one in December last year I already had a 22mm socket with me for the drive home and sure enough, when I got home and went to put the new nuts on more than half were swollen. One needed a 23mm it was so bad! Current driveway contents:
