And the issue was? Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Well it's good to know you have a local garage that will take advice and listen
and talk to a specialist.

The solution appears to have been, 'put your local mechanic in touch with Bell Engineering'. If only we knew what the problem was that led up to that solution…

A couple of days latter reversed off our drive engaged Drive and it faltered , started shuddering slowly went forward at the junction on turning the wheel the car shuddering got worse, got it onto my drive.

The next day l called Austen at Bell Engineering in the vain hope he knew what it was. Thankfully he did.

So got the breakdown service to move my car back to my local garage. I attached a note suggesting they call Austen, and they did, doing exactly what he said.

So today l have driven some 80 miles no issues at all. The owner of my local garage Llandudno Garage said it’s great to deal with someone who cares passionately about their products and their customers Austen was a real pleasure to deal with.

Thought the least l could do was pass on this to you all.
