yep ULEZ only. just spent a week working in central London, paid fortune to park during day, paid for parking at hotel in evening via some crap app, to find Hotel car park rammed. no refund so had to pay to park elsewhere.
Took me 47 mins to travel 1.2 miles from hotel to worksite. Unfortunately needed my car as it was loaded, otherwise would of walked.
hopped on a tube at one point, absolutely rammed, certainly very close and personnel. Some of the stops were taking 5-6 goes to get doors shut. should never be allowed.
why on earth anyone wants to either

Your vehicle is exempt from LEZ charges but not ULEZ and congestion charge zones.
Most straight forward route in from the west is M25 anticlockwise round towards Dartford Crossing .......
