Fog lamp blanking panel

Hello, I hope you can help. I have a Fuji White eD4 b&w edition 9/2013 DH360xxx without fog lamps. Unfortunately driving back from France the other day I lost my left hand fog lamp blanking panel. My bumper is the newer type (square fog lamp holes)and I'm finding very difficult to get a replacement. I can't seem to even track down a part number. I was considering putting in fog lamps as a means of resolving the issue but looking into the hole there doesn't seem to be any bracket to attach the lamps. Also there's the wiring issue. What I really want is to get a replacement blanking panel, but failing that is there a way to put fog lamps in this vehicle. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

What you need is one of these ? I think ?

This could prove difficult as these were only supplied on bumpers that did not have the fog lamp factory fitted (although could be retro fitted)

Thanks for your speedy reply. Yes you are exactly right. Here are a couple of snaps showing the problem. Sorry... thought I'd included them. This disagreement with a deer is proving more trouble than I had expected. Any ideas on getting a part number for this... I've tried without success. Am I right in thinking that trying to install fog lamps is a non-starter?

Your the second person looking for these blanks. I binned mine when I fitted the front fogs, never imagined anyone wanting them 🙄 Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Something that could be 3D printed perhaps using the other one as a mirror image template?

Hi Bob

Thanks for your reply and the thread. I noticed the plug on the wheel arch as well. Mine is on the nearside/left. Can't see the offside. Did yours just have a plug on the offside or both sides? Did you try to plug it in to the fog lamps to it to see if they worked? If so did it work straight off the left rear fog lamp stawk? I see you made up your own h11 loop. Is that easy? Would you be able to do me quick drawing of what I need? Sorry to bombard you with all these questions. Bumper inner fog light brackets are out of stock...so I will need to wait a bit for that. Time for me to get prepared! Cheers Julian

Hi Reginald!

Thanks for your reply. Have you done any 3D printing of stuff? If so, can you recommend anyone. I always imagined 3D printing to be super expensive.Julian

No was advised its not fog light wiring and would need separate stalk which had front fog switch incorporated. Just wired them up using a normal relay and switch. Took the feed from the sidelight wiring so fogs can be on with sidelights up to main beam. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948
