Hi Johnny, I've no direct experience with this issue, but given LR and their use of proprietary software, you will likely have to get the VIN of the used radio/stereo registered with the central 'brain'. Basically marry/register the stereo to the vehicle. A Mongoose cable and JLR SDD software or a GAP tool. |

I was told years ago by a landrover dealer that a used radio was locked to a vin no and could not be reprogrammed to a new vehicle however that might not be the case today! |
