Belgium 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Stornoway Grey
First Land Rover

Hi all, I'm new here as I bought my first LR yesterday, it is a manual Freelander 2 Td4 from 2007 with 170kkm on the counter, it has already a new timing belt, revision of rear differential, new clutch and pumps. As I've heard this are common replacement around this mileage, so I hope he is trouble free for some while.
It is a utility version, so no back seat as this is in Belgium very interesting for annual taxes and insurance, and practical as my kids are looking forward to use it during summer as camper(?).
Thinking about doing some mods over time, perhaps an Xtron as first. So saying hi to you all and hope to learn a lot about the Freelander 2 here on the Forum!! Greetz from Belgium

Thanks!!
In Belgium you just need to take out the back seat and seat belts, extend the trunk floor so it is flat and foresee a 20cm high end towards the front seats. Mine is made out of plywood, but planning to cover it with black carpet. You can do it yourself for Landy's up to 2011, after that it is no longer allowed. It also makes a big difference on taxes and insurance.
