Help with F2 subframes

Wondering if anyone can advise please
Have an 07 F2 and MOT said needs subframe front,
Anyone know if manual and auto are different or if I could use a sub frame from an auto on my manual?
Many thanks

I can't advice on any difference between Man and auto, would have
thought they were the same.
or you could be our Guinea pig and try an Evoque one. Whistle DAVE.

On the subject of subframes, you will need a set of alignment pins to make sure the subframe is correctly alined when you put it back.
I have seen some ford pins on eBay that look like they will fit. Does anyone know if they are interchangeable with the freelander 2?
Also the amount you have to tighten the bolts seem a bit excessive..140 NM + 240 degrees extra turn

Video here on changing subframe.
Not sure if it helps with manual/auto differences.
