2010 Bumper and Grill upgrade - parts source?

Has anybody attempted this recently? There's a huge post from 2017 but all the pictures have gone

Powerful UK seem to be out of stock, but they seem a better deal that the bashed-up Land Rover part I saw on eBay – for a mere £1200.00!

The real question is, where do Powerful UK get their parts? China?

The "bashed up" one you mention is mine. It's actually been repaired and just needed painting. It was sold a few weeks ago to someone who contacted me via Ebay. The £1200 price is a red herring. It's to stop anyone else bidding on it and it gives Ebay the impression it's still up for sale -as I would be done for circumventing Ebay fees if I took it down straight after contact from a potential buyer.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention. It's been long enough now, without an enquiry, that I can remove it from Ebay without arousing suspicion. Oh, and I actually sold it for £80.

As for PowerfulUK. Yes, I believe they would source their stock from China. You can get them from Alibaba.com for $78.80 , but you need a minimum order of 5 units, plus the shipping fees.

Ooops!

I wondered about that price - and I wish I'd seen it sooner. I would have certainly bought it!

What did you replace it with?

I wonder if there's enough interest on the Freel2 to make a group purchase?

Thanks for the info!

Some parts are definitely from china. Our Ewok didn't come with front fog lights Censored so I bought front driving lights from Powerful to fill the voids.
The lights were made in china with the words Land Rover badly Dremmeled out. You have to remember that Ewoks are made in China for the Chinese market, obviously some of the parts suppliers knock out a "few" extra units when they are making the ones for the factory and these seem to be making it to market. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

I actually got it from PowerfulUK, off their damaged "project" vehicle that they were repairing. I saw it was an easy repair , so enquired about it - and they said I could have it for nothing, as long as I covered the shipping costs ,which were £45 !. (I've dealt with Simon and the team for a few years and they're all great people - PowerfulUK's videos are always informative and VERY entertaining, even if it's not dealing with a subject you're tackling yourself)
I repaired it properly, at a cost of another £30 or so, but decided to get rid of it as I was never going to fit it.
The reason being .................I bought a brand new bumper a couple of years ago - to customise to my own specification. It's 90% finished.I really need to sort it and fit that one before doing another, plus space is at a premium so 2 bumpers kicking around wasn't ideal.

This reminds me - @RealBeale I still have the two fibreglass "M-Sport" replica RAIs for the Freelander1 that you had made up (from LandyZone days). One in black, the other in white. I explored getting them made up in plastic, then life got in the way and they've been gathering dust in the workshop ever since.

If you know anyone who would have a use for them, I'd be happy to ship them to a worthy home/owner Current driveway contents:
2021 V60 Cross Country B5
2009 FL2 dog bus and shooting wagon

On Order: 2023 Fisker Ocean Ultra - deposit paid.
