Commercials

My work colleages are so impressed by my FL2 Commercial, that they all want one.
Guess what?
Just tried to order 2 and informed by dealer that LR are not building anymore.

Shame on them.

Yeah I looked into them before I got mine, I couldn't get an S for £15500+VAT tho'

But I can't get one at all now, so I expect the price will be even more.

Looks like a Kia Sorrento Commercial for my colleages, rather them than me!

Which dealer, maybe they are misinformed? The nene version is nasty by comparison (IMO)

The Commercial seems to have gone, it's no longer listed on the Land Rover Website.

My Dealer, Lloyd Motors, Carlisle, says they have no plans to build in the new Stop/Start version, as it's just a conversion and by all accounts there are fields full of cars, surely it's a no brainer to convert some to order, even higher spec ones!

I've just bought a ex demo commercial, a good used buy plenty around if you look, theres a dealer near me with a new XS commercial in the showroom.
Apparently LR are not making commercials in this first production run of the stop start model, but they may well be introduced later.

A dealer conversion van (i.e. non-factory approved specification) could be interesting when it comes to any potential warranty claim that is on a part affected by the conversion.
