Yes, sorry...

All done now.. However, I'm still getting like a rattle type sound from the front, when I go over speed bumps? I would have thought all the new components would have stopped that? πŸ€”

OK, this is new info. You have to be very specific as to the details of a "rattle", maybe even a recording of the sound and it's speculated location? Did you inform the mechanics of this issue before the replacement of parts? A rattle could be from almost anything and anywhere as sound travels.

It was knocking from the front and rear.

I'd had it to a few mechanics and all gave me different reasons for the knocks...however, none of them got back to me to do the work. I phoned one three times, each time he said phone back next Monday.

I found an independent specialist in Bromsgrove and went to them with the list of what I'd been told. They changed everything.

I've never noticed this rattle thing though?

I'll get out in the car and try to record the noise.

OK, if that exact rattle was not there before the repairs, I'd take it back to the specialist. They could have left a small tool or even a screw rolling around somewhere. Worse case, something might not have been secured properly. A recording might help reduce the spectrum of possibilities! Or not! Thumbs Up

I've listened to this but I can't really identify a rattle maybe a clunk over the speed bumps but still, hard to identify. I'd take it back to the mechanics that did the work. They can use 'amplifying' devices on isolated areas to help identify where the issue is, if any.

That's the noise. It sounds like a clunk on the video but it's actually more like a deep low tone rattle.

That probably doesn't make any sense πŸ˜‚

I'm phoning the garage in the morning πŸ‘
