do these clamp into the door frames or do the fit the fixing points on the roof channels please

Hi Rog,

No,they sit on the roof under fitted/shaped rubber to suit the roof shape, and the adjustable clamps that tighten them, fit under the cant rail so that the doors can be shut. These are dedicated to fit the FL2 where no side rails are fitted for example: some HSE's/SE's etc.. and will fit FL's with sunroofs fitted (Mine has) Hope that helps you a bit.

Yes, they are the roof bars although mine are all black and the cross bars are more square than the rounded edge on the link. REME .. Rough Engineering Made Easy

ah ok, thanks for the info. Im after the wingbar type rather than square type as they will most likely be on permanently so wind noise will be an issue

Hi Rog, they don't cause any noticable wind noise at all, in fact, with the rest of the wind noises from the car, you don't hear anything from them. REME .. Rough Engineering Made Easy

thanks for the pics, sorry to mess you around but id hoped they were T Trac ones so those square ones wont fit what i need them for.

once again thank you, Mont Blanc are a very decent make and they will definitely be a bargain to someone.
