They originally included the water pump in the original £1101 quote but I was charged £860. On the invoice it says Timing Belt Kit LLR032526 (£132.51 plus vat) so it looks like the water pump wasn't done due to the low mileage and there would have been charges for anti freeze etc added too. It would be interesting to see the contents of the LLR032526 kit.

Replacing the cambelt kit without doing the waterpump at the same time makes no mechanical or financial sense IMO, Relatively cheap parts like waterpumps can fail as can the cambelt so why not do both at the same time as labour costs would be the same either way.

I agree with your comments about the water pump but I have a LR extended warranty which you can't have unless the car is serviced by a dealer (well you can go to an indie but to get the warranty they insist on a LR inspection for about £500) this effectively ties you into the dealer network (which isn't so bad if they do the 3+ scheme).

Would you recommend to replace the chain for the oil pump drive and the oil pump itself during a timing belt and water pump service? Or is it unnecessary if I dont have trouble with these components?

Changing the oil pump chain is tricky, unless you're planning on removing the crankshaft.

Apart from timing belt, tensioner and water pump is there anything else worth changing while changing while in there?
